Harvest For The World

Autumn is my favorite time of year not just because my birthday is in early October. The cooler not cold temperatures give reason to snuggle up or share a sweater. Pumpkin lattes are a strong motivation for others.

The season also represents the harvest – a time for atonement or to reap the seeds we’ve sown over the past eight months. Because I have struggled with keeping the site fresh, I am pleased to announce that beginning today I will be a regular contributor on k4hd Radio, Wednesdays at 2pm MST/ 5pm EST. We’ll be discussing an African American approach to health and wellness. In light of the catastrophes recently¬† affecting people worldwide, self-care is more critical than ever. Let us strive to create communal nutrition for the human condition.
