The concept of soul food being whole food melds together the chasm between what is nutritious and delicious. Africans across the Diaspora have traditionally eaten a plant based diet that I am excited to share. I am an award winning writer and a well traveled, food/social justice advocate who grew up eating an African Heritage Diet.
