Everything Bagel & Lox Salad

If you are anything like me, you probably love sandwiches. Because gluten intolerance prevents me from eating bread, I created the Everything Bagel & Lox Salad so that I could still enjoy my favorite without the carbs.

Equipment

  • Paring Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Large Salad Bowl
  • Ramekin
  • Spoon or Small Whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Organic Mixed Salad Greens
  • ¼ cup Smoked Salmon, cut into thin strips
  • 1 small Organic Tomato
  • ¼ cup Organic Red Onion, sliced
  • ½ tbsp Organic Capers, garnish

Everything Bagel Salad Dressing

  • 1 tbsp Organic Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Organic Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Salt-Free Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Jane's Mixed Up Krazy Salt

Instructions
 

  • Chop and slice vegetables. Cut salmon into bite sized pieces.
  • Arrange greens, tomatoes, onions, salmon and capers in two salad bowls evenly distributing ingredients.
  • Mix all dressing ingredients in ramekin.
  • Dress the salad and serve with Trader Joe's Sesame Thin Crackers.
