Combine the beef strips and next 10 ingredients into a resealable, plastic bag and refrigerate overnight.
Add 1 tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil to a large skillet at a medium high heat.
Cook strips for about 3 minutes on each side.
Wet rice paper and assemble rolls with thin layers of organic greens, green onions, shiritaki noodles, cilantro, cucumber and beef strips. Fold rolls and then serve with the dipping sauce. (See video).

Set aside. Once rolls are assembled, serve alongside or on top.
