Light Creamy Coleslaw
Replacing mayonnaise with plain yogurt makes this Light Creamy Coleslaw so exquisite. Ready in the time it takes to chiffonade a cabbage, this side dish hits!
- 1/2 Cup Organic Plain Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Organic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Organic Ginger Freshly grated
- 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
- 1 Dash White Pepper
- 4 Cups Organic Cabbage Finely shredded
- 1/4 Cup Organic Green Pepper Minced
Combine yogurt with the next 7 ingredients. Cut vegetables, place into serving bowl, pour yogurt mixture on top and stir ensuring the vegetables are evenly coated. Refrigerate for 20 minutes so that seasonings may blend. Serve.
