Sonoran Salsa
Local tomatoes, garlic and habanero peppers are covered with water and boiled until soft.
Pour the tomato mixture into a blender with 1 small organic onion, a bit of white vinegar, cilantro, cumin and salt to taste.
Fresh salsa picante – hot! If you can’t take the heat use jalapeno peppers instead of habaneros.
