According to Psychology Today, a common misconception many of us hold is that marriage makes people happy. Sure, our happiness increases around the time of the wedding, but after that our satisfaction or dissatisfaction with life returns to roughly the same level it was prior to the nuptials. I find this a joyous revelation because it means whether or not any of us are happy is decidedly within our control. So, no matter your couple status enjoy today by celebrating yourself, Galentine’s Day, whomever (as long as you have their consent) or whatever makes you happy (as long as no one else is violated in the process).

Apparently, shrimp is an aphrodisiac so make this simple, satisfying dish and luxuriate. Wild Caught Shrimp is the equivalent to organic in the seafood sector. You don’t need additional pesticides, so always opt for the good stuff – you deserve it! The pasta is improper in that I always break the spaghetti in half because I can’t stand to fight with my food especially on a holiday paying homage to love; also the spaghetti is made with corn and quinoa, making it gluten-free and fabulous.
