Jerk Cabbage

I made salmon for dinner tonight. The salmon had a fishy odor to it. Fish with such an odor is old, so it was time to cook it, get rid of it. I accompanied the blackened fish with a new spin on an African American Heritage diet staple, Jerk Cabbage. Great pairing for sure. Yet, something else stank worse than the salmon tonight. The stench of racism coming out of President Chump’s foul garbage hole is a five alarm emergency many don’t seem prepared for.
I know some people don’t want to rid the United States of racist practices in housing, employment, education and the criminal injustice system because they believe they will be the someone left holding a smaller bag. They do not want to share the wealth; nor community build, join together for the greater good or simply be a citizen of the world.
No one is a greater role model for the selfish set than President Trump. Lessons about sharing and cooperation are usually taught in Kindergarten. The mythical excuse of the Right for not equally distributing OUR OWN TAX DOLLARS is that we don’t work hard enough. We are lazy thus unworthy of even being considered valid, valuable. African Heritage Diet dishes like Jerk Cabbage and Classic Southern Sauteed Cabbage are created for communion. The first couples’ bout of corona will help them with the concept of interdependence surely.

They are all hypocrites, every last one of them. I am with you, and you have every right to be livid.
When i heard the name Jerk Cabbage , the first thing that came to mind was Jamaican Walker’s Wood Jerk Seasoning. Not sure what makes it Jerk, but it looks delicious.
