Grateful For 2020

Really, I am grateful for 2020 as it allowed me to pursue my dreams because I had more time on my hands. 2020 also showed me that if I put in hard work, benefactors will appear and that I am already pretty blessed. My Father loved to remind me around this time of year that it is better to give than to receive. If you are among the blessed that can afford it, I have a few favorite gift ideas that will please your recipient and your pocketbook too!
My friend Margaret Elandt is the genius behind Juvelarto Design. Her one of a kind gold, silver and brass designs are sure to make someone’s season bright. Did I mention she’s running a pre-holiday special? Get over there asap!
I want to introduce you to Black owned @portabletrekker. They created a simply adorable, portable utensil set that even comes with a metal straw and a brush to clean it with. Perfect for you borderline OCD friends like me. Thank you too for hosting the contest I won Home Made Zagat, I love this set!😁
I think homemade gifts are always heartfelt so baking something and gifting the actual recipe or bread tin is always a sweet idea. The David Burke bread pan and journals all came from TJ Maxx.
Lastly, I have a few shopping bags and t-shirts I’m parting with here. Let’s all remember that family, friends and faith in something greater than ourselves are the best gifts of all. I plan on looking back and saying despite all, I am grateful for 2020.💗
