SnacKing

I know we’ve discussed it before, but snacks are an integral part of life. Considering the fact American workers’ productivity has increased 400% since 1950, sometimes all we have time for is a snack.
In rural Mississippi my mother grew up snacking on fresh brine boiled or roasted peanuts, pecans and walnuts. The protein alone makes us feel fuller faster, plus people who eat nuts have a lower risk of mortality and of developing chronic diseases. Hard workers like us deserve the best.
